摘　　要：目的新时期共产党员的先锋模范作用,应当具有鲜明的时代特征。在新时期,探索发挥医院基层党支部堡垒战斗小组先锋模范作用的效果。方法以病区和神经电生理为单位,全面成立党小组,将每位党员归属于党小组进行日常管理,支部活动以小组为单位灵活开展。结果以党小组为单位,全面强化了组内党员思想教育,“三会一课”制度得到了切实的执行和落实,新型的党小组学习模式,把“两学一做”不断推进和深化;党小组组内党员干部带头,全面提升了组内党员专科专业理论及技能,发挥基层党组织战斗堡垒作用;增强党小组组内共产党员表率意识和荣誉感,从而提升基层党组织的整体标杆意识;培树党小组良好的服务意识;优化党小组成员设置,创新党员管理形式。加强党小组内党员的监督考核。结论在党小组管理模式下,医院基层共产党员普遍强化了思想,各项制度得到了落实,整体的服务意识、标杆意识、表率意识、创新意识得到增强,在日常工作中发挥了发挥先锋模范作用。Objective The exemplary role of the Communist Party members in the new era should have distinctive characteristics of the times.In the new era,the article explores the reults achieved by leveraging the exemplary role of hospitals’grass-roots Party branches.Methods Taking the ward and neuro-electrophysiology as the unit,a Party team was established in an all-round way,and each Party member was directed by the Party team on a daily basis,and branch activities were carried out flexibly in the team.Results With the Party team as a unit,the ideological education of Party members in the team has been comprehensively strengthened;the“Three Meetings and One Lesson”system has been effectively implemented;the new learning mode of the Party team has continuously promoted and deepened the“Two Studies and One Action”.Party members and cadres in the Party team took the lead and has comprehensively improved the professional theory and skills of Party members in the team,playing an exemplary role of the grass-roots Party organization.The sense of leadership and honor of Party members in the Party team were enhanced;the good sense of service of the Party team was cultivated;the establishment of Party team members was optimized;the management of Party members was innovated;the supervision and assessment of Party members in Party team was strengthened.Conclusion Under the Party team management mode,the hospital grassroots Party members have generally strengthened their ideology;various systems have been implemented;the overall service awareness,benchmarking awareness,exemplary awareness,and innovation awareness have been enhanced;they have thus played an exemplary role in daily work.
