广东省高水平医院建设策略对医院医疗服务能力的提升

摘　　要：目的分析评价医院广东省高水平医院建设策略,进一步明确建设目标和方向。方法以“广东省疾病诊断相关组”为评价指标,从服务能力、服务效率、医疗安全等3个维度8个指标,自身对比分析评价该院2017—2019年三年医疗服务能力的提升。结果该院DRGs能力指数增长15.15%,时间消耗指数下降1.90%,费用消耗指数下降3.80%,低风险死亡率从0.13‰降至0。结论该院广东省高水平医院建设策略合理有效,建设成效符合预期,应重点加强和关注时间消耗指数和CMI值的提升。基于广东省DRGs的广东省高水平医院建设成效的评估,有利于进一步明确高水平医院功能定位,提高复杂疑难急危重症救治能力。Objective In order to clarify the construction goal and direction,we analyze and evaluate the strategy of Y hospital in building a high-level hospital in Guangdong Province.Methods We analyze the improvement of the medical service capacity of this hospital in 2017-2019,by using the“Diagnosis Related Group in Guangdong Province”as the evaluation index which includes three dimensions and eight indicators,such as service capacity,service efficiency and medical safety.Results The DRGs capability index of Y hospital has increased 15.15%;the time consumption index has dropped 1.90%;the cost consumption index has dropped 3.80%;the mortality of the low risk group has dropped from 0.13‰to 0.Conclusion The strategy of Y hospital to build a high-level hospital in Guangdong Province is reasonable and effective.The construction result has met the expectations.We should focus on the improvement of time consumption index and CMI.Based on DRGs,the evaluation of the effect in high-level hospital construction in Guangdong Province is conducive to clarifying the functional orientation of high-level hospital and improving the ability of curing complex,difficult,acute and critical patients.
