摘　　要：目的分析深圳市罗湖区中老年男性高尿酸血症的危险因素。方法选取罗湖区660例中老年男性进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检查。采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归模型分析影响因素与高尿酸血症的相关性。结果中老年男性高尿酸血症患病人数为235例,患病率为35.6%。饮酒组(含过量饮酒)HUA患病率高于不饮酒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素分析显示饮酒量、LDL-C、高甘油三酯血症和高胆固醇血症与高尿酸血症有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归模型多因素分析显示:高胆固醇血症(OR=1.926)、高甘油三酯血症(OR=1.941)与高尿酸血症升高有关。结论深圳市罗湖区中老年男性高尿酸血症的患病率较高,中老年男性饮酒者高尿酸血症的患病率更高;高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症是高尿酸血症的危险因素。Objective To Analysis of the risk factors of hyperuricemia in Luohu District,Shenzhen.Methods 660 Chinese and elderly men in Luohu District were selected for questionnaire surveys,physical examination and laboratory examination.Analysis of the Impact Factors and Hyperuricemia by Single Factors and Multi-Factors Logistic Regression Models.Results The number of patients with hyperuricemia in middle-aged male hyperurice was 235 cases,and the prevalence was 35.6%.The prevalence of the drinking group(containing excessive drinking)Hua is higher than that of the wine group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Single factor analysis showed drinking,LDL-C,high-glycid triaphochloride and high cholesterolemia were related to hyperuricemia,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression model multi-factor analysis show:high cholesterol methamography(OR=1.926),high-glycid triaphochloridemia(OR=1.941)is related to rising hyperuricemia.Conclusion The prevalence of hypergar hyperuricemia in Luohu District,Shenzhen,is higher in the prevalence of hyperuricemia in middle-aged and elderly male,high cholesterol,high-glycolismia is hyperurice.Risk factors of symptoms.
