摘　　要：为了在短时间内迅速普及医院感染防控知识,增强全体工作人员对医院感染防控重要性的认识,提高医院感控督导员的工作能力,提升医院疫情防控的执行力,立足院情,医院将文化构建的理念应用到新冠肺炎患者定点收治医院的感控督导队伍建设中,以人为本,倡导错误是成长的机会,按照物质符号层、行为制度层以及精神理念层三个层面进行构建,快速扭转了感控督导员实施初期面临的不敢做、不知做、不愿意再做的困境,表现在快速提升了感控督导员的工作能力,也推进了人人感控、人人有责的持续改进氛围,为感控督导员的工作有序、有效开展打下坚实的基础。共同推进各项感染防控措施的落地。In order to popularize knowledge about hospital infection prevention and control in a short time,enhance the awareness of the importance of prevention and control of nosocomial infection,improve the ability of hospital′s infection control supervisors,enhance the execution of epidemic prevention and control,the hospital applied the philosophy of cultural construction to the formation of the infection control and supervision team for designated hospitals for COVID-19 patients.The hospital culture was constructed based on three facets of material symbol,behavior system and spiritual philosophy in line with the philosophy of people-orientedness as well as the advocate of“Mistakes mean an opportunity for growth”.As a result,the infection control supervisors changed their work attitude quickly from fearing to supervise it,knowing nothing about the supervision,and reluctance to supervise it again to quickly improving their ability in the supervision.Consequently,the construction of hospital culture of infection control built up an atmosphere of“Everyone participating in infection control and everyone taking the responsibility of infection control”,which lay a solid foundation for the orderly and effective control and supervision of infection,so that all of the medical workers worked together to promote the implementation of infection prevention and control measures.
