摘　　要：以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和共产党员“精神谱系”的精神内涵为理论指导,以广东省人民医院检验科药学技诊第七党支部为研究载体,将党建理论应用到医疗服务实践中,着力打造以“爱岗敬业”、“勇于创新”为代表的“个体精神”和以“全心全意为人民服务”、“爱国爱党”为代表的“集体精神”,通过核心精神品格的塑造,调动党员工作积极性,发挥先锋模范作用,进而推动党支部的先进性建设。This article takes Xi Jinping′s New-era Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and the connotation of communist party members′“spiritual pedigree”as theoretical guidance.The seventh Party branch of Department of Clinical Laboratory of the Guangdong Provincial People′s Hospital was chosen as the research subject,where Party building theory was applied in the practice of clinical services,so as to create an“individualist spirit”represented by“devotion to jobs”and“striving for innovation”and a“collectivist spirit”represented by“serving the people wholeheartedly”and“loving the party and country”,thereby realizing the advanced construction of party branches by shaping the core spiritual characters,motivating the enthusiasm of party members and allowing them a full play of a vanguard and exemplary role.
