基于信息化的基层医院护理管理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探索基层医院信息化护理管理创新模式及其应用效果。方法整合利用各种信息技术,构建基层医院信息化护理管理创新模式,选择医院2018年6月—2019年8月在岗护理管理人员和随机抽取不同层级护士各30%作为研究对象,通过自行设计问卷,对护理管理人员57名和不同层级护士173名进行信息化护理管理系统应用前后的护理管理效率、护理服务能力评价、护士满意度进行比较分析;比较应用前后护理重点环节质量平均分、护理不良事件上报数、不同层级护士理论考试及格率。结果应用信息化护理管理模式后,护理管理效率、护理服务能力的评价效果、护士满意度、护理重点环节质量平均分、不同层级护士理论考试及格率均明显高于应用前,应用前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但应用信息化护理管理模式后,因护理不良事件上报流程简便易于操作,且系统填报保护上报者个人信息,护理不良事件主动上报例数逐步增长。结论应用信息化护理管理模式,可有效促进基层医院护理管理质量提高,提升护理管理效率,护士满意。Objective To explore the innovative mode of informationized nursing management in primary hospitals and its application effect.Methods A variety of information technologies were integrated and used to construct an innovative model of informationized nursing management in primary hospitals.The nursing management personnel on the job and nurses at different levels were randomly selected from June 2018 to August 2019 as the research subjects,and 30%of nurses at different levels were randomly selected.The nursing management efficiency,nursing service ability evaluation and nurse satisfaction of 57 nursing managers and 173 nurses of different levels before and after the application of the information-based nursing management system were compared and analyzed.The average score of quality of key nursing links,the report of adverse nursing events and the passing rate of theory examination of nurses at different levels were compared before and after application.Results After the application,the nursing management efficiency,nursing service ability evaluation,nurse satisfaction,the average score of quality of key nursing links,and the passing rate of theory examination of nurses at different levels were significantly higher than those before the application(P<0.05).But due to the simple and easy procedure of reporting adverse nursing events and the protection of the personal information of the reporting system,the number of active reporting of adverse nursing events increased gradually.Conclusion The application of informationized nursing management mode can effectively improve the quality of nursing management in primary hospitals,improve the efficiency of nursing management,and improve nurse satisfaction.
