脉复生联合杏芎氯化钠注射液治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察脉复生联合杏芎氯化钠注射液治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的临床疗效。方法将206例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各103例。两组均在常规治疗基础上给予杏芎氯化钠注射液(100 mL静滴,qd),治疗组加服用脉复生(30 mL,bid),治疗15 d后,观察治疗前后患者创面愈合率、疼痛程度VAS评分、血脂水平、血液流变学、患肢经皮氧负压(TcPO_(2))、踝肱指数(ABI)的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为96.11%,显著高于对照组的77.1%(P<0.05);治疗组疼痛减轻程度大于对照组(P<0.05),经皮氧负压高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脉复生联合杏芎氯化钠注射液治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者有显著疗效,有助于减轻患者溃疡疼痛、提高患肢经皮氧分压、促进患肢溃疡愈合。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Maifusheng combined with Floium Ginkgo Extract and Tertram Ethypyrazine Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods A total of 206 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were given Floium Ginkgo Extract and Tertram Ethypyrazine Sodium Chloride Injection(100 mL iv drip,qd)on the basis of routine treatment.The patients in the treatment group were given additional Maifusheng(30mL po qd).The changes of wound healing rate,VAS score of pain degree,lipid level,hemorheology,percutaneous negative oxygen pressure(TcPO_(2))and ankle-brachial index(ABI)were observed before and after treatment for 15 days.Results The total effective rate was 96.11%in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 77.1%in the control group(P<0.05).The pain relief in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05)and the TcPO_(2) was significantly higher than in the control group.Conclusion Maifusheng combined with Floium Ginkgo Extract and Tertram Ethypyrazine Sodium Chloride Injection has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans,which is helpful to alleviate ulcer pain.It can improve the percutaneous partial pressure of oxygen of affected limbs and promote the healing of lower limb ulcers.
