基于链式管理模式的健康教育在脆性骨折患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探究基于链式管理模式的健康教育在脆性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法采用随机数表法将2018年7月—2020年7月医院收治的脆性骨折62例患者按照投掷法随机分为常规组31例和干预组31例。常规组采取传统的健康教育模式,干预组在常规组基础上给予基于链式管理模式的健康教育。观察两组护理满意度,并比较干预前、后两组疼痛、衰弱及应对方式情况。结果干预组干预后疼痛评分低于常规组,认知、心理、生理衰弱维度评分低于常规组,面对方式评分高于常规组,护理沟通、护理服务方面满意度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论基于链式管理模式的健康教育能明显促进脆性骨折患者愈合,改善患者衰弱情况及应对方式,提高其满意度。Objective To explore the effect of health education based on chain management model in patients with fragility fracture.Methods With the random number table,62 patients with fragility fractures admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were divided into routine group and intervention group,with 31 cases in each group.The routine group received traditional health education,while the intervention group received health education based on chain management model.Nursing satisfaction of the two groups was observed and compared.Pain,weakness and coping styles of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the pain score,cognitive,psychological and physical weakness scores were lower than those of the routine group.The facing score,and satisfaction scores of nursing communication and nursing services were significantly higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on chain management model can significantly promote the healing of patients with fragility fractures,improve their frailty and coping styles,and increase their satisfaction.
