人民币国际化进程中的“特里芬难题”及应对策略

摘　　要：人民币国际化进程的推进对于我国金融发展及国际货币体系改革有着重大意义,是世界经济格局演变的必然结果。但人民币国际化并非一帆风顺,“特里芬难题”是一国货币走向国际化进程中都需要面临和解决的重要问题。本文通过分析人民币国际化的国内外背景及现状,并从对外援助与投资、人民币跨境使用、国内金融市场、资本项目开放、国际化风险等方面分析人民币国际化进程中面临“特里芬难题”的应对措施与建议,以供参考。The advancement of the RMB internationalization process is of great significance to China's financial development and the reform of the international monetary system,and is an inevitable result of the evolution of the world economic structure.However,the internationalization of the renminbi is not all smooth sailing.The"Triffin Dilemma"is an important issue that needs to be resolved in the process of a country's currency going international.By analyzing the background and current situation of RMB internationalization at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the countermeasures and suggestions of"Triffin problem"in the process of RMB internationalization from the aspects of foreign aid and investment,cross-border use of RMB,domestic financial market,capital account opening,internationalization risk,etc.
