摘  要:介绍了某水电站水轮机出现异响问题后,通过逐步深入分析原因,并对发生异响的水轮机进行噪声测试、设计复核等工作,最终查明水轮机异响原因为固定导叶的卡门涡频率与其固有频率发生共振,为解决固定导叶卡门涡诱发的水轮机异响提供了依据,并采取固定导叶出水边修型措施消除了水轮机异响。This paper introduces the abnormal sound problem of hydroturbine in a hydropower station.The causes are analyzed step by step,and the noise of turbines with abnormal sound is tested and checked.Finally,it is found that the abnormal sound of hydroturbine is caused by the resonance between the Karman eddy frequency of the fixed guide blade and its natural frequency.It provides a basis for solving the abnormal sound induced by Karman eddy with fixed guide blades and eliminates the abnormal sound by taking the fixing guide blade outlet trimming measures.
