摘　　要：梨园水电站拥有目前世界上直径最大的水轮机圆筒阀,根据梨园水电站4台圆筒阀的投运安装、调试、投运经验,整理了梨园水电站600MW水轮机圆筒阀系统投运调试的过程及关键技术。梨园水电站机组设置的圆筒阀具有良好的密封性、动水状态下极强的自关闭能力和关闭速度快等特点以保护导水机构,减少水轮机活动导叶漏水量。同时它离水轮机转轮近,是防止机组飞逸的有效设施。Liyuan Hydropower Station has the largest diameter cylinder valve in the world at present.Based on the experience of installation,commissioning and operation of four cylindrical valves in Liyuan Hydropower Station,this paper sorted out the commissioning process and key technology of 600 MW hydro-turbine cylinder valve system in Liyuan Hydropower Station.Cylindrical valves in Liyuan Hydropower Station unit have good sealing property,strong self-closing ability and fast closing speed under dynamic water condition,which can protect water diversion mechanism and reduce water leakage of hydro-turbine movable guide vanes.At the same time,it is close to the hydro-turbine runner and is an effective device to prevent the unit from escaping.
