摘  要:随着电力系统自动化控制技术的不断发展和要求,计算机监控系统在电力生产过程中已成为不可缺少的远程监视和控制操作设备的手段,体现了不可替代的重要地位。水电站计算机监控系统现地控制单元(LCU)PLC控制设备的安全使用寿命一般在12a左右,运行时间超过12a以后的设备就应列入设备技改计划,这是每个水电站都要面对的问题。如何让计算机监控系统的改造工作做到既不影响电力生产运行,又能提高工作效率及控制成本,是计算机监控系统设备改造项目必须面对的问题,大朝山水电站在这方面进行了成功的探索与尝试。With the continuous development and requirement of automation control technology in power system,computer monitoring system has become an indispensable means of remote monitoring and control of operating equipment in electric power production process,which reflects an irreplaceable important position.The safe service life of PLC control equipment for local control unit(LCU)of computer monitoring system of hydropower plant is generally about 12a.The equipment running longer than 12a should be included in the equipment technical improvement plan.This is a problem every hydropower plant must face.How to make the reconstruction of computer monitoring system not only do not affect the power production operation,but also improve work efficiency and control cost is a problem that must be faced by the equipment modification project of computer monitoring system.Dachaoshan Hydropower Station has made successful exploration and attempt in this respect.
