水利水电工程工期延长企业管理费及财务费的计算

摘　　要：由于水利水电工程的特殊性、复杂性,在施工过程中会受各种因素的影响造成工期延长,而工程延长引起的企业管理费及财务费用索赔事项又是索赔处理问题的重点、难点。依据相关规范结合工程案例对企业管理费及财务费进行分析,提出了工期延长企业管理费增加计算方法,并对财务费用的组成进行一一分析,明确了国内水利水电工程中因工期延长可索赔的财务费用。Hydropower project are special and complex,so the construction period will be extended due to various factors.Claims for enterprise management fee and financial fee caused by the extension of construction period are the focus and difficulty of claim processing.Based on the relevant specifications and project cases,this paper analyses the enterprise management fee and financial fee,puts forward the calculation method of the increase of enterprise management fee for construction period extension,and analyses the composition of financial fee,and clarifies the financial fees that can be claimed for construction period extension in domestic hydropower project.
