摘　　要：毛泽东在领导新中国协商建国与民主建政的过程中,对政党协商制度进行了创造性的探索。作为我国政党协商制度的开创者,毛泽东采用民主协商的形式正确处理了中国共产党与各民主党派之间关系,推动了我国具有政治性、协商性、平等性等特点的政党协商制度的形成和发展,开拓了我国民主政治制度的新境界。毛泽东政党协商制度的创造性探索,具有突出的历史贡献和深远意义:一是实现了我国协商建国的伟大创举,树立起了政党协商的世界典范;二是推动了我国协商民主的发展,开拓了我国人民民主的政治道路;三是开辟了世界政党政治发展的新道路,创新发展了马克思主义政党理论。这一探索对新时代我国政党协商建设的现实启示是:必须坚持和加强党对社会主义政党协商制度的根本领导,必须毫不动摇地坚持中国特色社会主义政党协商制度,必须充分认识新时代建构政党协商制度的重大意义,必须坚持发扬民主协商精神传统发展建构政党协商制度。In the process of leading the new China to build a nation through consultation and democratic administration,Mao Zedong made a creative exploration of the Party consultation system.As the founder of the Party consultation system in China,Mao Zedong correctly handled the relationship between the Communist Party of China and the democratic parties in the form of democratic consultation,promoted the formation and development of the Party consultation system with the characteristics of politics,consultation and equality,and opened up a new realm of China's democratic political system.Mao Zedong's creative exploration of Party consultation system has outstanding historical contributions and far-reaching significance:Firstly,it has realized the great pioneering work of building a nation through consultation in China and set up a world model of Party consultation;Secondly,it has promoted the development of deliberative democracy and exploited the political road of people's democracy in China;Thirdly,it has opened up a new road for the development of world party politics,innovated and developed Marxist party theory.The practical enlightenments of this exploration to the construction of Party consultation in the new era lie in that we must stick to and strengthen the party's fundamental leadership over the socialist Party consultation system,unswervingly adhere to the socialist Party consultation system with Chinese characteristics,fully understand the great significance of building the Party consultation system in the new era,and adhere to carrying forward the tradition of democratic consultation spirit as well as developing and constructing the Party consultation system.
