摘  要:冲击载荷高效破岩的技术优势已得到广泛认可,同时也是目前油气钻井提速的主要途径,自激振荡冲击钻井提速技术便是联合动静载荷,发挥其高效破岩特点,实现油气钻井提速的成功应用。基于自激振荡工具本身特性及前期现场试验研究,建立了自激振荡冲击凿入数学模型,定量分析了自激冲击力幅频特性、钻压及凿入系数对系统输出凿入力的影响,研究结论与实际认识相符,并进行了现场应用。研究表明:自激冲击力频率及幅值不会影响系统输出凿入力的振动平衡值,但其凿入力波动幅度与输入自激冲击力的幅值成正比,与输入振动的频率成反比;钻压不会影响冲击凿入力的频率和波动幅值,但相同冲击参数下,钻压越大,凿入力平衡值相对于初始值的增加幅度越大,大钻压可有效提高凿入力冲击效果;凿入系数虽不会影响凿入力的最终平衡值,但凿入系数增加导致凿入力波动更加强烈,且凿入力达到最终平衡值的时间越短。The technological advantages of percussion drilling have been widely recognized,and now,it is also the main way to improve the rate of penetration in the field of oil and gas wells drilling.The self-oscillation percussive rotary tool is a successful application in rate of penetration improvement by coupling static-dynamic loads to exert its characteristics of high rock breaking efficiency.Based on the characteristics of the self-oscillation tool and previous field experiments,a self-oscillation rotary percussion drilling model was established to analyze the output percussion force and its influential factors such as self-oscillating frequency,amplitude,and weight on bit.The results show that the frequency and amplitude of the input self-oscillation impact force will not affect the final vibration balance of the output penetration force,but the amplitude is proportional to the amplitude of the input self-oscillation impact force and inversely proportional to the input frequency.The weight on bit will not affect the frequency and amplitude of the output percussion force,but the larger the weight on bit,the higher the increase of the percussion force balance value relative to the initial value.It is concluded that larger weight on bit can effectively improve the impact effect of the output penetration force.Although the penetration coefficient will not affect the final equilibrium value of the percussion force,the increase of the penetration coefficient will lead to more intense fluctuation of the penetration force and shorter time to reach the final equilibrium value of the penetration force.
