摘  要:针对防屈曲支撑(BRB)在结构设计中的参数匹配问题展开研究,通过参数匹配系数Q m建立BRB等效参数与实际参数间的关系,分析BRB屈服荷载与等效刚度间的合理匹配以及屈服位移与支撑长度间的合理匹配,并基于分析结果给出合理匹配参数取值范围,推导BRB参数与主体结构参数关系式,建立BRB先于主体框架屈服条件,讨论BRB在特定水准地震作用下屈服耗能及罕遇地震作用下变形控制问题,给出不同结构体系中BRB耗能及大震安全保证条件,并建立BRB产品参数设计流程,通过算例分析验证所提出参数控制建议的有效性。分析结果表明,按该研究的参数设计流程设计得到的BRB实现了既定的性能目标,并能顺利完成产品设计。研究结论为BRB产品参数的合理控制及在结构中的合理应用提供理论参考。The issue of parameters matching of a buckling restrained brace(BRB)in structural design was studied.The relationship between BRB equivalent parameters and actual parameters was established by introducing a coefficient Q m.The reasonable matching relationship between the yield capacity and the equivalent rigidity of BRB,as well as the matching relationship between the yield deformation and the length of BRB were analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the reasonable value ranges of parameters were proposed to derive the relationship between the BRB and the main frame,and the conditions for BRB to yield preceding the main frame were presented.In addition,the BRB’s yield energy consumption under specific earthquake level and the deformation control under rare earthquake were discussed.Then the guarantee conditions for the energy consumption and the safety of BRB in different structural systems were provided.The design process of BRB products was established and the validity of the proposed parameter control was verified through examples analysis.The analysis results show that the BRB designed according to the proposed design process can achieve successfully all the performance objectives.The results provide a theoretical reference for the rational control of BRB product parameters and the application of BRB to structures in practical engineering.
