摘 要:结构中接缝的存在会降低接缝区域结构的整体刚度和强度,对结构的抗爆性能也有不同程度的影响。为研究试块间接缝条件对试块破坏程度的影响规律,完成了多个拼接混凝土试块的表面接触爆炸试验,初步探讨了炸药在接缝处爆炸时试块破坏的特征。进一步分析试验结果,利用有限元软件对试验结果进行对比,数值模拟结果与试验取得了比较好的一致性。在所选的三个位置中角部接缝位置是混凝土接缝结构发生接触爆炸最不利部位,研究结果表明接缝位置对爆炸的破坏作用有很大影响,且接缝宽度是影响其接缝条件的重要因素,对于盾构衬砌结构,当接缝宽度为2 mm时破坏深度达到最大,约为试件中心接触爆炸破坏深度的1.5倍。Joints presented in structures substantially reduce the overall rigidity and strength of structures in the joint area,also affect the explosion resistance of structures to different extents.To study the influence of joint conditions on the extent of damage to specimens,experiments to assess the resistance against surface contact explosion of spliced concrete specimens were conducted.Failure characteristics of the specimens when explosives were detonated at the joint were discussed.A finite element analysis software was used to simulate the experiments:the results thereof are in good agreement with the experimental data.The joint at a corner among three selected locations is the worst performance case under a contact explosion.The analysis reveals that the joint position has a great influence on the destructive effect of the explosion.Moreover,the width of the joints is the major factor influencing joint conditions.For shield lining structures,when the width of the joints is 2 mm,the depth of damage is maximised,which is close to 1.5 times the depth of damage at the centre of the test piece.
