摘　　要：目的:基于卓越绩效评价准则,构建ICU护理质量评价指标体系。方法:运用文献分析以及专题小组讨论法初步构建指标框架,通过两轮专家咨询确立ICU护理质量评价指标体系。结果:专家咨询的权威系数为0.83,判断系数为0.94,熟悉系数为0.72。最终构建的ICU护理质量评价指标体系涵盖6项一级指标、30项二级指标和91项三级指标;一、二、三级指标的协调系数分别为0.152、0.193、0.171。结论:经检验,ICU护理质量评价指标体系科学可靠,可为ICU护理质量的客观评价提供依据。Objective:To develop an indicator system based on outstanding performance evaluation criteria to evaluate nursing quality in ICU.Methods:According to the literature review and experts’discussion,the first manuscript was constructed.Delphi technique was used to formulate the indicators through a two-round expert consultation among 23 experts.The weight of indicator was calculated by variation coefficient method.Results:The experts’authority coefficient was 0.83,coefficient of determination was 0.94,and familiar coefficient was 0.72.The quality indicators consisted of 6 first-level indicators,30 second-level indicators and 91 third-level indicators.The coordination coefficients of the three-level indicators were 0.707,0.356,and 0.342 respectively.Conclusion:The indicator system to evaluate nursing quality in ICU was scientific and reliable.It can be used to provide an objective reference for the evaluation of nursing quality in ICU.
