摘　　要：目的:新冠肺炎疫情期间,建立综合医院门急诊疫情防控策略并形成体系,付诸实践进而常态化管理,以期为后疫情时代综合性医院门急诊管理提供经验。方法:从“以患者为中心”的理念出发,从传染病流行的3个基本环节切入进行就诊流程再造,优化诊疗区域,开展院内培训,重点科室管理,结合互联网人工智能应用,开展门急诊疫情防控实践。结果:医院门急诊安全有序高效运转,医患对防控措施依从性高,传染病防治意识显著提升,院内至今无新冠肺炎感染者。结论:新冠肺炎疫情期间医院科学高效的门急诊管理可以有效管控新冠肺炎的院内传播,为后疫情时代门急诊管理提供经验、借鉴和保障。Objective:To establish and develop a system for the prevention and control of outpatient and emergency medical services in general hospitals during the COVID-19,and to put it into practice for regular management in order to provide experience for the management of outpatient and emergency medical services in general hospitals in the post-epidemic era.Methods:Based on the concept of "patient-centered",we carried out emergency outpatient clinic epidemic prevention and control practices by starting from three basic aspects of infectious disease epidemics,reengineering the consultation process,optimizing the treatment area,conducting in-hospital training,focusing on departmental management,and combining the application of Internet artificial intelligence.Results:The hospital’s emergency and outpatient clinics operated in a safe,orderly,and efficient manner,with high compliance of doctors and patients with prevention and control measures,and a significant increase in awareness of infectious disease prevention and control,and no COVID-19 infections in the hospital to date.Conclusion:Scientific and efficient outpatient and emergency clinic management in hospitals during the COVID-19 can effectively control the in-hospital transmission of COVID-19,providing experience,reference and guarantee for outpatient and emergency clinic management in the post-epidemic era.
