摘  要:医院不仅为患者提供医疗服务,还承担着公共卫生服务的职责。医院是防控重大传染性疾病的主战场,应及时调整门诊流程,开展互联网诊疗服务。实践证明,互联网诊疗服务在防控重大传染性疾病期间发挥了重要作用,弥补了常规医疗服务的不足,提高了诊疗服务的实效性,得到了政府、患者、医院和医师的认可。不断推进互联网诊疗服务,优化服务流程,是今后的发展方向。质量管理和安全管理是互联网诊疗服务的关键。Hospitals not only provide medical services for patients but also undertake the responsibility of public health services.The hospital is the main battlefield for the prevention and control of major infectious diseases.The outpatient process should be adjusted in time to carry out Internet diagnosis and treatment services.Practice has proved that Internet diagnosis and treatment services have played an important role in the prevention and control of major infectious diseases.It has made up for the shortage of routine medical services and improved the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment services,and has been recognized by the government,patients,hospitals and doctors.It is the future development direction to continuously promote Internet diagnosis and treatment services and optimize service processes.Quality management and safety management is the key of Internet diagnosis and treatment services.
