集团化办医模式下民营医院发展实践研究

摘　　要：通过介绍Y医院集团集团化办医模式的主要做法,并以旗下S医院为例,指出目前的成效和问题,建议从分层级分阶段导入总部管理要求、加大信息一体化建设投入、积极参与医联体建设推动旗下医院学科发展等方面进一步完善集团化办医模式,助力社会办医健康发展。This article introduced the Y hospital group's group medical model,and took its S hospital as an example to point out the current effectiveness and remaining problems.In conclusion,three suggestions were proposed to further improve the group medical model and encourage the development of nongovernmental hospitals,namely to introduce the management requirements of the headquarters at different levels in stages,to increase investment in information integration and to participate in the construction of medical alliance actively.
