摘　　要：通过以无纸化病历系统为核心,优化改造现有信息系统,解决多系统及单机设备报告数字化问题,有效提高了病案管理的质量和效率。建议医院信息化发展到一定程度才可以实施无纸化病案,全流程无纸化病案为医院节约资金的同时,能提高医护人员、病案管理等人员的工作效率和质量,是医院病案管理发展的趋势。By taking the paperless medical record system as the core method,optimizing and transforming the existing information system,solving the problem of digitizing multi-system and stand-alone equipment reports,and effectively improving the quality and efficiency of case management.Paperless medical record can be implemented when hospital informatization reaches a certain level.The paperless medical record in the whole process can not only save funds for the hospital but also improve the work efficiency and quality of medical staff and medical record management,which is the trend of hospital medical record management.
