摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加酵母水解物对荷斯坦阉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清生化指标的影响。选择体重[(542.07±9.18)kg]相近、状况良好的荷斯坦阉牛33头,随机分为3组,每组11头。Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加50、100 g/(头·d)酵母水解物的试验饲粮,试验期111 d。结果表明:1)Ⅲ组平均日增重显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),料重比相比于Ⅰ组有降低趋势(P=0.09),各组间干物质采食量无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)Ⅱ、Ⅲ组粗蛋白质、钙表观消化率显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。3)Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清总蛋白含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。4)Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的血清谷胱甘肽酶活性和总抗氧化能力显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),血清丙二醛含量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。综上所述,荷斯坦阉牛饲粮中添加酵母水解物可促进其生长发育和养分的吸收利用,提高机体抗氧化能力,缓解应激损伤。在本试验条件下,荷斯坦阉牛饲粮中酵母水解物的适宜添加量为100 g/(头·d)。This experiment was designed to investigate the effects of adding yeast hydrolysate on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibilities,serum biochemical indexes of Holstein steers.A total of 33 Holstein steer with good health condition and similar body weight(542.07±9.18)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 11 steers in each group.Steers in groupⅠ(control group)were fed a basal diet.The yeast hy⁃drolysate was supplemented at 50(groupⅡ)and 100 g(groupⅢ)per day per head.The experiment lasted for 111 d.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain of steers in groupⅢwas significantly higher than that in groupⅠ(P<0.05);the feed⁃to⁃weight ratio of the steers had a decreasing trend compared with groupⅠ(P=0.09).The dry matter intake of steers had no significant difference among groups(P>0.05).2)The apparent digestibilities of crude protein and calcium in groupsⅡandⅢwere significantly high⁃er than those in groupⅠ(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other digestibility indexes of the steers among the groups(P>0.05).3)Serum total protein content of steers in groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly higher than that in the groupⅠ(P<0.05);serum alanine transaminase,glutamic⁃oxalacetic transami⁃nase activities of steers in groupsⅡandⅢwere significantly lower than those in groupⅠ(P<0.05).4)Glutathione enzyme activity and total antioxidant capacity of steers in groupsⅡandⅢwere significantly higher than those in group I(P<0.05),the content of serum malonaldehyde of steers in groupsⅡandⅢwere sig⁃nificantly decreased compared with groupⅠ(P<0.05).It is concluded that adding yeast hydrolysates in the diet of steers can promote growth and development,digestion and absorption of nutrients,antioxidant capacity,and alleviate Holstein steers injury.Under the conditions of this experiment,the suitable dosage of yeast hydrol⁃ysate in diets of Holstein steers is 100 g per day per head.
