摘  要:本试验旨在研究霉菌毒素吸附剂对西门塔尔育肥牛生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。选择32头体重[(365.64±28.66)kg]相近、体况良好的西门塔尔育肥牛,随机分成2组,每组16个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加0.2 g/kg DM霉菌毒素吸附剂。预试期7 d,正试期193 d。结果表明:1)各组初重、末重、平均日增重(ADG)、干物质采食量(DMI)、料重比(F/G)差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)各组干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗蛋白质(CP)、钙(Ca)、总磷(TP)、粗脂肪(EE)表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)第84天,试验组血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。第168天,试验组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH⁃Px)、CAT活性及总抗氧化能力(T⁃AOC)较对照组有所升高,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)第84天,试验组血清干扰素-γ(IFN⁃γ)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。第168天,试验组血清IFN⁃γ、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),试验组血清白细胞介素-1(IL⁃1)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加0.2 g/kg DM霉菌毒素吸附剂对西门塔尔育肥牛生长性能和养分表观消化率无显著影响,可改善机体免疫性能。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of mycotoxin adsorbent on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibilities and serum antioxidant and immune indices of finishing Simmental cattle.A total of 32 Simmental cattle with good health condition and similar body weight[(365.64±28.66)kg]were randomly divided into 2 groups with 16 replicates per group and 1 cattle per replicate. Cattle in the control group were fed a basal diet,and cattle in experimental group were fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.2 g/kg DM mycotoxin adsorbent. The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for193 days. The results showed as follows:1)there were no significantly differences in initial weight,final weight,average daily gain(ADG),dry matter intake(DMI)and feed to weight ratio(F/G)between two groups(P>0.05). 2)There were no significantly differences in apparent digestibilities of dry matter(DM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),crude protein(CP),calcium(CA),total phosphorus(TP)and ether extract(EE)between two groups(P > 0. 05). 3)On day 84,the serum catalase(CAT)activity of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).On day 168,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),CAT and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in serum of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,but not significantly different(P>0.05). 4)On day 84,the contents of interferon-γ (IFN-γ)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)in serum of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). On day 168,the contents of IFN-γand immunoglobulin M(IgM)in serum of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the serum interleukin-1(IL-1)content of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,the diet added 0.2 g/kg DM
