摘  要:本试验旨在研究低蛋白质饲粮中精氨酸水平对离乳期梅花鹿仔鹿生长性能和营养物质表观消化率的影响。选取3月龄体重[(20.68±4.26)kg]相近的健康雄性梅花鹿20只,随机分为4组,每组5只。Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂不添加精氨酸的基础饲粮(粗蛋白质水平为14.55%),试验组分别饲喂添加0.26%(Ⅱ组)、0.46%(Ⅲ组)和0.66%(Ⅳ组)精氨酸的试验饲粮(粗蛋白质水平为12.28%)。预试期为15 d,正试期为35 d。结果表明:1)各组之间初重、末重、体高、体长、胸围、平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)Ⅲ组的粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率极显著高于对照组和Ⅱ、Ⅳ组(P<0.01)。对照组的粗蛋白质表观消化率与Ⅱ、Ⅳ组无显著差异(P>0.05),而NDF、ADF表观消化率极显著低于Ⅱ、Ⅳ组(P<0.01)。对照组的粗脂肪(EE)表观消化率极显著低于Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组(P<0.01);Ⅲ组的EE表观消化率极显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.01),显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。3)Ⅲ组精氨酸表观消化率极显著高于对照组和Ⅱ组(P<0.01),显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.05):Ⅱ组的精氨酸表观消化率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。Ⅲ组的苏氨酸(Thr)、亮氨酸(Leu)、苯丙氨酸(Phe)、组氨酸(His)、丝氨酸(Ser)、谷氨酸(Glu)、丙氨酸(Ala)、脯氨酸(Pro)、半胱氨酸(Cys)表观消化率极显著高于对照组和Ⅱ、Ⅳ组(P<0.01)。Ⅲ组的缬氨酸(Val)、异亮氨酸(Ile)、天冬氨酸(Asp)、甘氨酸(Gly)、酪氨酸(Tyr)表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),极显著高于Ⅱ、Ⅳ组(P<0.01)。由此可见,适当降低饲粮粗蛋白质水平并优化精氨酸水平,可在保证仔鹿生长性能的同时,提高营养物质表观消化率。本试验条件下,低蛋白质饲粮中适宜精氨酸水平为0.46%。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of arginine levels in low protein diet on growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of sika deer during weaning period. Twenty 3-month-old male sika deer with similar body weight[(20.68±4.26)kg]were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 deer in each group. The control group was fed a basal diet without arginine(crude protein level was 14.55%),and the experimental groups were fed experimental diets supplemented with 0.26%(groupⅡ),0.46%(groupⅢ)and 0.66%(groupⅣ)arginine,respectively. The pre-experimental period lasted for 15 days,and the experimental period lasted for 35 days. The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in the initial weight,final weight,body height,body length,chest circumference,average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio among all groups(P>0.05). 2)The apparent digestibility of crude protein,neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of the control group and groupsⅡandⅣ (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in crude protein apparent digestibility between control group and groupsⅡandⅣ (P>0.05),while the apparent digestibility of NDF and ADF of the control group was significantly lower than that of groupsⅡandⅣ (P<0.01). The apparent digestibility of ether extract(EE)of the control group was significantly lower than that of groupsⅡ,ⅢandⅣ(P<0.01);the EE apparent digestibility of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupⅣ(P<0.01),and significantly higher than that of groupⅡ (P<0.05). 3)The arginine apparent digestibility of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of the control group and groupⅡ (P < 0.01),and significantly higher than that of groupⅣ (P<0.05);the arginine apparent digestibility of groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).
