观察米库氯铵对OSAHS患者术后麻醉复苏期的影响

摘　　要：目的观察米库氯铵对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者术后麻醉复苏期的影响。方法80例OSAHS患者,按随机分组原则分为实验组和对照组,各40例。实验组患者采用米库氯铵进行麻醉,对照组患者采用顺阿曲库铵进行麻醉。比较两组患者术后麻醉复苏期间的自主呼吸恢复时间、术后拔管时间、出麻醉后监测治疗室(PACU)时间。结果实验组患者术后麻醉复苏期间的自主呼吸恢复时间为(5.75±1.703)min,明显短于对照组的(15.92±3.125)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的拔管时间为(12.78±2.435)min、出PACU时间为(27.83±4.425)min,均明显短于对照组的(23.69±5.467)、(49.67±5.812)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用米库氯铵可使OSAHS患者术后麻醉复苏期间更快的实现自主呼吸,减少气道阻塞。Objective To observe the effect of mivacurium chloride on postoperative anesthesia resuscitation in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods A total of 80 patients with OSAHS were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group received mivacurium chloride for anesthesia,and the control group received cisatracurium.The recovery time of spontaneous breathing during postoperative anesthesia resuscitation,postoperative extubation time,and duration of post anesthesia care unit(PACU)were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of spontaneous breathing during postoperative anesthesia resuscitation of the experimental group was(5.75±1.703)min,which was obviously shorter than(15.92±3.125)min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The extubation time(12.78±2.435)min and duration of PACU(27.83±4.425)min of the experimental group were obviously shorter than(23.69±5.467)and(49.67±5.812)min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of mivacurium chloride can make OSAHS patients realize spontaneous breathing faster during postoperative anesthesia resuscitation and reduce airway obstruction.
