氨溴索治疗老年糖尿病合并肺炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究氨溴索联合抗生素治疗老年糖尿病合并肺炎的临床疗效。方法80例老年糖尿病合并肺炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,各40例。对照组患者使用常规方法进行治疗,实验组在对照组基础上使用氨溴索治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者退热时间、咳嗽消失时间及肺部湿啰音消失时间分别为(38.21±3.43)、(68.21±3.13)、(43.21±4.05)h;对照组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间及肺部湿啰音消失时间分别为(56.28±5.19)、(82.13±5.06)、(60.09±6.29)h;实验组患者退热时间、咳嗽消失时间及肺部湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病合并肺炎患者应用氨溴索治疗,可有效提高临床疗效并减少不良反应的发生,具有推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ambroxol in the treatment of elderly diabetic patients with pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 elderly diabetic patients with pneumonia were divided into control group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional method,and the experimental group was treated with ambroxol based on the control group.The clinical effect,fever abatement time,cough disappearance time,lung sounds disappearance time and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.00%of the experimental group was higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fever abatement time,cough disappearance time and lung sounds disappearance time of the experimental group were(38.21±3.43),(68.21±3.13)and(43.21±4.05)h,which were(56.28±5.19),(82.13±5.06)and(60.09±6.29)h of the control group.The fever abatement time,cough disappearance time and lung sounds disappearance time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of mbroxol in elderly diabetic patients with pneumonia can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which has the value of promotion.
