摘  要:针对新型永磁/磁阻复合转子双定子低速大转矩同步电机矢量控制系统,对其单速度环PI速度调节器进行改进,根据内外电机电磁转矩解耦原理,设计该电机的单滑模速度控制器来测算内外电机所需转矩电流。此外,针对转矩电流计算存在误差的问题,设计负载扰动观测器进行反馈调节,可提高转矩电流的计算精度,从而得到更为精确的参考转矩电流,最后通过重新分配转矩电流实现内外电机的转矩解耦控制。通过仿真分析,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性,可提高系统的动态响应速度和抗负载扰动能力。Aiming at the new type permanent magnet/reluctance hybrid rotor dual-stator low-speed high-torque synchronous motor vector control system,its single-speed loop PI speed regulator is improved,and the single sliding mode of the motor is designed according to the principle of electromagnetic torque decoupling of internal and external motors.The speed controller measures the torque current required by the internal and external motors.In addition,in view of the error of the torque current calculation,the load disturbance observer is designed for feedback adjustment,which can improve the calculation accuracy of the torque current,thereby obtaining a more accurate reference torque current,and finally realize the internal and external motor torque decoupling control by redistributing the torque current.Through simulation analysis,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified,which can improve the dynamic response speed and anti-load disturbance ability of the system.
