摘 要:分析橡胶制品中配合剂喷出现象和喷霜原因,从炭黑性质调整方面提出改善橡胶制品表面泛彩现象的措施。结果表明,增大炭黑比表面积、减小炭黑粒子强度等措施可以提高炭黑在胶料中的分散性,有利于改善胶料的泛彩现象。此外,还应从其他配合剂品种选择、配方设计、混炼工艺等方面进行改进,以改善泛彩现象,提高橡胶制品性能和外观品质。The migration of additives in the rubber products and causes of the blooming phenomenon were analyzed,and the measures to improve the surface coloring phenomenon of rubber products from the adjustment of carbon black properties were proposed.The results showed that the measures such as increasing the specific surface area of carbon black and reducing the strength of carbon black particles could improve the dispersity of carbon black in the compounds and thus reduce the coloring phenomenon of the compounds.In addition,improvements could be made in the selection of other ingredients,formula design,mixing technology,and so on,to reduce the coloring phenomenon and improve the performance and appearance quality of rubber products.
