摘　　要：研究全钢载重子午线轮胎外观缺陷的主要原因和改善措施。对外观色差、胶边大、胎侧缺胶等轮胎外观缺陷问题,从轮胎工业化设计、工艺参数和设备精度等方面进行原因分析,并提出相应的改善措施,降低了成品轮胎的缺陷率,提高了成品轮胎外观的一次合格率和外观品质。The main causes and improvement measures of the appearance defects of truck and bus radial tire were studied.For the appearance defects of tire such as color difference,large rubber rim and rubber lack on sidewall,the reasons were analyzed from the aspects of tire industrial design,process parameters and equipment precision.The corresponding improvement measures were put forward to reduce the defect rate.As a result,the first pass rate and the appearance quality of the finished tire were improved.
