摘　　要：借助马斯洛需要理论对《小妇人》女主人公乔成长过程中的物质需要和精神需要状况进行深度解析发现:借助家人给予的精神力量与行动支持,乔秉持积极的人生态度去满足其内在需要,逐步完善自我,变得理智、无私、宽容、坚毅,成为了父亲眼中“更好的妇人”。With the help of Maslow’s needs theory,this paper makes a deep analysis of the material and spiritual needs of the heroine Joe’growth in the novel“Little Women”.It is found that with the help of the spiritual strength and action support by her family,Joe adheres to a positive attitude towards life to meet her inner needs,gradually improves herself,and becomes rational,selfless,tolerant and resolute.She becomes the“better woman”in his father’s eyes.
