应用模糊层次分析法对复合木结构建筑的经济性评价

摘　　要：在结合复合木结构建筑的节能环保、保温隔热、可靠性的基础上,应用层次分析法构建了经济评价模型,包括经济效益、社会效益、环境效益、建筑性能四大因素集;采用专家打分法进行评价指标体系权重确定,结合项目实例对复合木结构建筑、钢结构建筑、钢筋混凝土结构建筑进行经济性分析。结果表明:复合木结构建筑整体经济性的隶属度最高,评价等级为"良好",优于钢结构建筑、钢筋混凝土结构建筑,证明复合木结构建筑可以普遍推广。设计、施工成本,是制约复合木结构建筑经济性的主要因素。With the basis of energy conservation,environmental protection,heat insulation and reliability,the economic evaluation model,including economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit,we determined the evaluation index system and the economic analysis of composite wood structure,steel structure and reinforced concrete structure.The results show that the overall economy of composite wood structure building is the highest,and the evaluation grade is"good",better than steel structure building and reinforced concrete structure building,proving that composite wood structure building can be widely promoted.Design and construction cost are the main factors restricting the economy of composite wood structure building.
