摘  要:煤矿生产区别于其他行业的主要原因是因为矿井生产是开拓未知自然地质环境的产业,在生产中存在诸多不可预知的因素和困难,如:地质结构、生产环境每时每刻都在发生变化,从而造成其安全生产管理要素和过程隐含在煤炭的生产系统、辅助生产系统及安全管理系统中,造成了生产要素(如:设备工艺、人员行为、标准规范等)、安全要素(如:岗位职责、人员行为、安全意识、技术装备参数等)管理的不规范和过程的不可控,从而产生事故隐患,造成安全生产事故的发生,所以要进行全矿井安全生产的智能化管理,应用PDCA模式,持续改进,以实现安全生产过程的规范化、标准化管理,降低人的不安全行为、设备的不安全状态、环境的不安全因素,有效避免风险的发生或降低风险发生时所带来的危害程度。The main reason why coal production is different from other industries is that mine production is an industry that develops an unknown natural geological environment.There are many unpredictable factors and difficulties in production,such as geological structure and production environment are changing all the time.As a result,its safety production management elements and processes are hidden in the coal production system,auxiliary production system and safety management system,resulting in production elements(such as equipment technology,personnel behavior,standards and regulations,etc.)and safety elements(such as job responsibilities,personnel behaviors,safety awareness,and technical equipment parameters,etc.)management irregularities and uncontrollable processes,resulting in potential accidents and safety production accidents.Therefore,intelligent management of mine safety production should be carried out:apply the PDCA model and continue to improve to achieve the standardization and standardized management of the safe production process,reduce human unsafe behavior,equipment unsafe status,and environmental unsafe factors,which will effectively avoid the occurrence of risks or reduce the degree of harm caused by the occurrence of risks.
