摘　　要：在新一轮援疆中,对“交钥匙”建设项目实施全过程造价控制是工程造价管理的新课题,通过对上海援疆喀什地区四县5个“交钥匙”项目全过程造价控制管理的实践,对如何运用技术、经济、合同手段,对工程进行全过程造价控制进行分析和探索,旨在为新一轮下一批援建提供可资借鉴的经验。In the new round of Xinjiang aid project,the implementation of the whole-process cost control of"turnkey"construction projects is a new subject of engineering cost management.Through the whole-process cost control management of 5"turnkey"projects in the four counties of Shanghai aided Xinjiang Kashgar area Practice,we analyzed and explored how to use technical,economic,and contractual means to control the whole-process cost of the project,aiming to provide useful experience for a new round of aid construction.
