浅谈房屋建筑工程管理中的主要问题及原因

摘　　要：新时期建筑业发展下,我国房屋建筑企业数量逐渐增多。从当前来看,房屋建筑工程施工安全管理逐渐朝着标准化、规范化的方向发展,由于当前施工企业数量较多,诸多企业管理体系建设还不够完善,施工管理仍存在诸多不足,亟须改进。下面文章基于房屋建筑工程施工管理的基本原则,明确当前房屋建筑施工管理中的主要问题及原因,并探讨了一些可行的改进措施,仅供参考。With the development of the construction industry in the new era,the number of housing construction companies in our country has gradually increased.From the current point of view,the construction safety management of housing construction projects is gradually developing in the direction of standardization and standardization.Due to the large number of construction companies at present,the management system of many enterprises is not perfect,and there are still many shortcomings in construction management,which urgently need to be improved.Based on the basic principles of housing construction management,this article clarifies the main problems and reasons in current housing construction management,and discusses some feasible improvement measures for reference only.
