摘　　要：针对国际移动卫星通信公司的主流通信系统——海事四代卫星通信系统,介绍了网络架构、卫星载荷的组成和技术特点。近年来,海事四代卫星出现了许多新业务类型,包括适用于流媒体的高速数据传输业务、应用于定位领域的星基增强系统、物联网应用以及军事应用,从信号参数、工作原理以及使用角度对新业务进行了剖析,总结了海事四代卫星业务种类及发展趋势。The Inmarsat-4 satellite communication system plays a dominant role in Inmarsat.The network architecture,system composition of satellite payload and technical characteristics of Inmarsat-4 system are introduced.In recent years,multiple new businesseses occur in Inmarsat-4,including high data-rate transmission service,satellite-based augmentation system for positioning domain,Internet of Things and military application.The signal parameter,operating principle and usage of these businesses are analyzed particularly.Finally,the business lines and development trend of Inmarsat-4 satellite are summarized.
