我国个人信用档案建设中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：个人信用档案建设作为信用经济发展的基础,对信用经济长远发展至关重要。我国个人信用档案建设起步晚但发展速度,发展进程过快难免出现一系列亟待改进的问题。鉴于个人信用档案建设的社会作用和市场价值,有必要剖析目前的关键性难题和制约因素,探索出优化个人信用档案建设的实施策略,建立健全科学规范的个人信用档案体系。As the foundation of the development of the credit economy,the construction of personal credit files is crucial to the long-term development of the credit economy.The construction of personal credit files in my country started late,but the speed and scale of development are relatively rapid.The rapid development process inevitably causes a series of problems that need to be improved.In view of the huge social and market value of personal credit file construction,it is necessary to carefully analyze the current key problems and constraints,and propose strategies to optimize the construction of personal credit files,and then establish a more standard,scientific and sound personal credit file system.
