摘　　要：边海外交作为国家总体外交的重要组成部分,是中国共产党领导外交战线坚定捍卫国家利益和民族尊严,稳定周边战略依托的集中体现和生动实践。百年来中国共产党在不同历史时期,准确把握时代主题,妥善处理边界海洋问题,坚决维护国家主权、安全和发展利益,逐渐开辟出一条具有中国特色的边海外交道路,经验与启示弥足珍贵。未来我国的边海外交将继续以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和习近平外交思想为指引,持续推进边海治理体系和治理能力现代化,全面开启依法治边、依法治海新篇章。Land and maritime boundary diplomacy,as an important part of China’s overall diplomacy,fully embodies the Communist Party of China’s leadership in the diplomatic front to firmly defend national interests and national dignity,and to stabilize the surrounding strategic support.Over the past century,the CPC has accurately comprehended the themes of the times,properly handled boundary and ocean issues,resolutely safeguarded national sovereignty,security and development interests,and gradually opened up a path of land and maritime boundary diplomacy with Chinese characteristics.China’s land and maritime boundary diplomacy will earnestly act on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy,continue to promote the modernization of the system and capacity for boundary and ocean governance,and embark on a new journey towards law-based governance.
