摘　　要：当前中国畜牧业正处于严重而典型的“现代性困境”中,从饲养与饲料等核心环节来看,一方面是与自然对立而造成的巨大污染,另一方面是对动物权利漠视下的伦理丧失。对此,学界有不同程度的讨论和反思,不过依靠科技创新为主的共识有待商榷$实际上,中国传统畜牧业智慧与解决当今困境路径具有高度契合性,表现为变废为宝式的饲料开发、废物循环式的养殖模式、宜性与关爱式的饲养管理等,因此有必要对中国畜牧遗产进行活态传承.Chinese animal husbandry is in the middle of a serious and typical“modernity dilemma”.From the core link of feeding and feed,animal husbandry has caused great pollution because of the opposition to nature,on the other hand,it is lack of ethics under the neglect of animal rights.In this regard,there are different degrees of discussion and reflection in the academic circles,but the consensus on innovation of science and technology needs to be discussed.In fact,Chinese traditional animal husbandry wisdom in solving the existing dilemma is highly consistent,it presents as the feed development of turning waste into treasure,the breeding model of recycling,the feeding management of appropriateness and care.It is necessary to carry on the inheritance and scientific and technological transformation of the animal husbandry heritage in China.
