摘 要:本工作采用酸碱中和自放热法,以葡萄糖为碳源,乙二胺、磷酸、盐酸为杂原子供体,制备氮磷氯共掺杂碳点(N,P,Cl-CDs)。基于亚铁氰离子(FeCNs)可以有效猝灭N,P,Cl-CDs荧光,建立了一种快速灵敏检测FeCNs的荧光方法。在最佳实验条件下,N,P,Cl-CDs对FeCNs检测展现出高选择性和高灵敏度,FeCNs浓度在0.1~10.0和10.0~70.0μg·mL^(-1)范围内与N,P,Cl-CDs荧光猝灭效率呈现良好的线性关系,检测限分别低至为8.4和19.8 ng·mL^(-1)。最后,本工作将该方法用于食品样品中FeCNs的检测,加标回收率为95.8%~105.0%,相对标准偏差低于5.67%,结果令人满意。In this work,a nitrogen,phosphorus and chlorine co-doped carbon dots(N,P,Cl-CDs)was prepared via an acid-base neutralization self-exothermic method with glucose served as the carbon source,and ethylenediamine,phosphoric acid and hydrochloric acid as heteroatom donors.Based on the observation that the ferrocyanide ions(FeCNs)could effectively quench the fluorescence of N,P,Cl-CDs,a rapid and sensitive fluorescence method was established for FeCNs detection.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the N,P,Cl-CDs showed high selectivity and sensitivity towards FeCNs detection with a good linear relationship between the FeCNs concentration and the fluorescence quenching efficiency was achieved in the concentration ranges of 0.1~10.0 and 10.0~70.0μg·mL^(-1),and the corresponding detection limit was as low as 8.4 and 19.8 ng·mL^(-1),respectively.Finally,the proposed fluorescence method was used for FeCNs detection in food samples with satisfactory results.The quantitative spiked recoveries were in a range of 95.8%~105.0% with the relative standard deviation less than 5.67%.
