摘 要:采用方波电势法(SWP)对PtIr合金丝进行阴极腐蚀制备了团聚型的PtIr合金纳米粒子(PtIr-NPs),制备过程中无需金属离子前驱体和还原剂的参与,反应条件温和。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、高分辨透射电镜(HR-TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对产物进行了表征。与Pt纳米粒子相比,本法制备的PtIr纳米粒子对氨氧化具有较高的电催化活性。此外,以纯Ir丝为原材料,采用方波电势法可制备Ir枝晶。该方法为制备PtIr纳米粒子和Ir树枝晶提供了新的途径。In this work,well-defined aggregated PtIr alloyed nanoparticles(PtIr NPs)were prepared by a facile cathodic corrosion of a PtIr bulk wire with square wave potential(SWP),where no any precursor ions and reducers in aqueous solution under mild conditions.The resulting products were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),high-resolution transmission electronic microscope(HR-TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The prepared PtIr NPs exhibit efficient electrocatalytic activities toward ammonia oxidation comparative to Pt NPs.Moreover,Ir dendrites have been synthesized by SWP using a pure Ir wire in the same way.The developed method provides novel strategy for preparing PtIr NPs and Ir dendrites.
