摘  要:在活性炭上负载银离子,制备具有抗菌性能的吸附材料载银活性炭。首先,优选了分散剂的种类为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP),得出PVP:银离子最佳质量比为1:1;其次,探讨了在不同碳化温度下改性活性炭载银量,未经碳化处理时载银量为17.09%,碳化温度为500℃时,载银量为18.24%;碳化温度800℃时,载银量增加到18.61%;最后,对材料进行了表征,采用傅里叶红外光谱仪分析了材料改性前后表面基团的变化情况,采用扫描电子显微镜分析了载银材料表面形貌,采用X射线能谱仪分析了材料的元素构成,利用XRD确定材料的物相和内部结构;采用透射电子显微镜分析了材料的微观形貌和晶体结构。In this study,the activated carbon was loaded with silver ions to prepare the antibacterial adsorption materials loaded with silver activated carbon.Firstly,the type of dispersant was selected as polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP),and the optimal mass ratio of PVP:silver ion was 1∶1.Secondly,the silver carrying capacity of the modified activated carbon at different carbonization temperatures was discussed.The silver carrying capacity of the modified activated carbon was 17.09% without carbonization treatment,and was 18.24% at 500℃.When carbonization temperature is 800℃,the silver content increases to 18.61%.Finally,the material was characterized.Fourier transform infrared spectrometer was used to analyze the changes of surface groups before and after material modification,scanning electron microscope was used to analyze the surface morphology of the silver loaded material,X-ray energy spectrometer was used to analyze the elements contained in the material,and XRD was used to determine the phase and internal structure of the material.The morphology and crystal structure of the material were analyzed by transmission electron microscope.
