摘　　要：目的建立安宁疗护护理质量评价标准,探讨其合理性及可操作性,为客观评价安宁疗护护理质量提供依据与检测工具。方法采用理论研究与临床调研相结合的方法初步拟订安宁疗护护理质量标准,应用德尔菲专家咨询法对20名专家进行两轮问卷咨询,定量分析各指标的权重后确定。将该评价指标应用于临床,比较使用该指标前后安宁疗护护理质量的改善情况。结果安宁疗护护理质量标准评价指标包括Ⅰ级4条、Ⅱ级27条。应用安宁疗护护理质量指标后,临终护理质量评价、患者及家属的护理满意度均较应用前有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论该安宁疗护护理质量标准各级评价指标条目设置合理、可操作性高,能为安宁疗护护理质量评价提供客观、可量化的依据,同时提高了肿瘤患者临终护理质量及护理满意度。Objective To establish the evaluation standard of nursing quality of hospice care,to explore its rationality and operability,and to provide basis and testing tools for the objective evaluation of nursing quality of hospice care.Methods Using the method of theoretical research and clinical investigation,the quality standard of nursing was initially formulated.Delphi expert consultation method was used to carry out two rounds of questionnaire consultation for 20 experts,and the weight of each index was determined after quantitative analysis.The evaluation index was applied in clinic,and the improvement of hospice care quality before and after using the index was compared.Results The evaluation indexes of hospice nursing quality standard included 4 items of grade Ⅰ and 27 items of grade Ⅱ.After the application of hospice nursing quality index,the quality evaluation of hospice nursing and the nursing satisfaction of patients and their families were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusions It can provide objective and quantifiable basis for the quality evaluation of hospice care,and improve the quality of hospice care and nursing satisfaction of cancer patients.
