摘 要:目的研究优化钆塞酸二钠注射液(普美显)推注速度对MRI检查的作用效果。方法选择2019年2月至2020年2月于北京大学深圳医院影像科接受MRI检查的患者257例为研究对象,将2019年2月至8月接受MRI检查的患者135例作为常规组,将2019年9月至2020年2月接受MRI检查的患者122例作为优化组。常规组患者以2.0 ml/s的速率人工推注普美显,优化组患者则以1.0 ml/s的速度人工推注普美显。比较两组MRI扫描图像质量、不良反应发生情况、检查舒适度、安全感以及满意度等方面的差异。结果优化组患者MRI扫描图像质量优良例数占比为95.08%,明显高于常规组的84.44%,而不合格例数占比为0.82%,明显低于常规组的5.93%(均P<0.05)。优化组患者不良反应总发生率为3.28%,明显低于常规组的11.85%(P<0.05)。优化组患者对检查舒适度、安全感的评分以及满意度均高于常规组(均P<0.05)。结论优化普美显推注速度对MRI检测的作用效果明显,有利于提高MRI扫描图像质量,降低不良反应发生风险,提高患者舒适度、安全感以及满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of optimization on Gadoxetic Acid Disodium Injection infusion speed for MRI examination.Methods A total of 257 patients who underwent MRI examination in the imaging department of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.One hundred and thirty-five patients who underwent MRI examination from February 2019 to August 2019 were enrolled into the routine group.And 122 patients who underwent MRI examination from September 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the optimization group.The patients in conventional group were artificially injected with Gadoxetic Acid Disodium Injection at a rate of 2.0 ml/s.The patients in the optimization group were injected at a rate of 1.0 ml/s.The quality of MRI image,incidence of adverse reactions,comfort level of examination as well as security and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the optimization group,the number of patients with good quality of MRI image accounted for 95.08%,which was higher than that(84.44%)of conventional group.While the number of patients with unqualified images accounted for 0.82%,which was lower than that(5.93%)of conventional group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the optimization group was 3.28%,which was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(11.85%).Comfort level of examination,security scores and satisfaction of the optimization group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions The optimization injection speed of Gadoxetic Acid Disodium has a significant effect on MRI detection in the department of imaging,which is beneficial to improve the quality of MRI scanning images,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and improve the comfort,security and satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
