摘 要:为了更好地推广应用茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒,对江苏主要产茶区茶尺蠖和灰茶尺蠖的分布情况进行调查,并在主要发生区进行茶尺蠖病毒杀虫剂的示范应用。结果表明,苏州市、无锡市为茶尺蠖发生区,南京市、扬州市为灰茶尺蠖发生区,镇江市、常州市为混发区;在低龄幼虫期,每667 m^(2)茶园使用150 mL茶尺蠖病毒杀虫剂防治灰茶尺蠖和茶尺蠖,防效分别为77.4%和77.3%;在高龄幼虫期,采用病毒杀虫剂与植物源农药混用,防效为99.6%。采用发生期预测为配套手段,在第1代孵化高峰期应用病毒杀虫剂,可作为茶尺蠖病毒杀虫剂的应用模式。In order to better promote the application of Ectropis obliqua Nucleopolyhedrovirus(EoNPV),the distribution of tea geometrid was investigated in the main tea producing areas of Jiangsu province,and the insecticide of EoNPV was demonstrated and applied in the main occurrence areas.The results show that Ectropis obliqua was mainly distributed in Suzhou and Wuxi;Ectropis grisescens was mainly distributed in Nanjing and Yangzhou.Zhenjiang and Changzhou of Jiangsu province were the mixed occurrence areas.In the early larval stage,the control effects of EoNPV(150 mL per 667 m2)to Ectropis obliqua and Ectropis grisescens were 77.4%and 77.3%,respectively.In mature larval stage,the control effect of the combined application of EoNPV and botanical pesticide could achieve 99.6%.Adopting the prediction of occurrence period as a supporting method,EoNPV used in the first generation of incubation peak was proposed as an application mode.
