摘  要:以索鲁士原油作为高硫重质原油代表油种,采用不同重油加工技术组合工艺路线,分别实现生产油品和化工品方案,对比不同方案的产品结构并进行经济效益分析。结果表明:在低油价情景下,相同的重油加工方案对应的化工品方案高于生产油品方案的效益,在高油价情景下,化工品方案更高的装置投资和操作费用将导致总体效益明显下降。在本研究各方案中,浆态床渣油加氢+催化裂解路线生产化工品方案的盈利能力最为突出,通过提升渣油转化能力并改善催化裂解进料性质,同时增产低碳烯烃和芳烃产品,是能够帮助企业实现化工转型升级的有效技术路线。Taking Soroosh crude oil as the representative of high sulfur-content heavy crude oil,different heavy oil processing routes are adopted to produce oil products and chemical products respectively,with the product structure of different schemes compared and the economic benefit analyzed.The results show that,in the low oil prices situation,for the same heavy oil processing route,the chemical product scheme is more beneficial than the oil product scheme.While in the high oil prices situation,the higher investment and operation cost of the chemical product scheme will lead to a significant decline for the overall benefit.Among the schemes in this research,slurry bed hydrocracking technology combined with deep catalytic cracking technology shows the most prominent profitability.It is an effective route to help refinery realize the upgrading towards more chemical products by improving the conversion capacity of residual oil,improving the feed properties of DCC and increasing the output of light alkenes and aromatics.
