摘　　要：目的系统评价姜黄素治疗糖尿病肾病鼠的研究,发现姜黄素治疗的循证证据。方法收集有关姜黄素干预糖尿病鼠肾脏的研究,评估纳入文献质量和治疗作用。结果姜黄素能降低尿蛋白、相对肾重和血肌酐,可能与其降低血糖、甘油三酯、肾组织白介素-6表达,调控肾组织Wnt5a/VEGF信号通路多种作用有关。敏感性分析进一步肯定了姜黄素保护肾脏的作用。结论姜黄素保护糖尿病鼠肾脏仍有待更多高质量文献加以证实。Objecive To systematically review the study of curcumin treatment of diabetic nephropathy in mice/rats,and to find evidence-based evidence for curcumin treatment.Methods Collecting research on curcumin protecting kidneys of diabetic mice/rats,evaluating the quality of the included literature and the therapeutic effect.Results Curcumin can reduce urine protein,relative kidney weight,and blood creatinine,which is related to lowering blood sugar,triglycerides,reducing renal tissue IL-6 expression,and regulating the Wnt5a/VEGF signaling pathway in kidney tissue.Sensitivity analysis further confirms the role of curcumin in protecting the kidneys.Conclusion The protection of curcumin on the kidneys of diabetic mice/rats still needs more high-quality literature to support.
