摘 要:目的比较胰腺同时多层扩散加权成像(SMS-DWI)与常规扩散加权成像(C-DWI)图像质量和表观扩散系数(ADC的差异。资料与方法对10位健康志愿者及30例行MRI检查的肝病患者行3组扩散成像序列扫描,其中包括常规DWI(C-DWI)、层加速因子(AF)分别为2和3的SMS-DWI序列(SMS2-DWI和SMS3-DWI),b值分别为50、800、2000s/mm^(2)。采用5分法对3种DWI序列图像质量进行主观评分,比较DWI序列信噪比(SNR)及胰腺ADC值。结果C-DWI、SMS2-DWI、SMS3-DWI扫描时间分别为4 min 11 s、2 min 2 s和1 min 34 s。在图像质量参数和SNR方面,C-DWI和SMS2-DWI图像质量及SNR均显著优于SMS3-DWI,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C-DWI和SMS2-DWI之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C-DWI、SMS2-DWI和SMS3-DWI的ADC值分别为(956.49±147.18)×10^(-6) mm^(2)/s、(943.74±155.39)×10^(-6) mm^(2)/s和(898.28±154.41)×10^(-6) mm^(2)/s,C-DWI与SMS2-DWI之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着层加速因子的增加,胰腺ADC值逐渐下降,SMS3-DWI序列的ADC值显著低于SMS2-DWI序列及C-DWI序列,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.045、P=0.012)。结论SMS技术可显著缩短胰腺扩散成像的扫描时间。使用层加速因子为2的SMS-DWI序列在图像质量、SNR和ADC值等方面与常规DWI序列相近。Purpose To compare the differences in image quality and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)of simultaneous multi-slice diffusion-weighted imaging(SMS-DWI)in compared to conventional DWI sequences in patient with pancreas disease.Materials and Methods Ten volunteers and 30 patients underwent SMS-DWI sequences with acceleration factors of 2 and 3(SMS2-DWI,SMS3-DWI)and conventional DWI(C-DWI)of the pancreas with three b-values(50,800,2000 s/mm^(2))at a 3T system.Qualitative image quality and quantitative measurements signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and ADC values]were compared between three sequences.Results Scan time of C-DWI,SMS2-DWI,and SMS3-DWI were 4 min 11 s,2 min 2 s,1 min 34 s,respectively.For image quality parameters and SNR,C-DWI and SMS2-DWI with no significant differences(P>0.05)and all yielded better results than SMS3-DWI(P<0.05).ADC values of C-DWI,SMS2-DWI and SMS3-DWI were(956.49±147.18)×10^(-6) mm^(2)/s,(943.74±155.39)×10^(-6)mm^(2)/s and(898.28±154.41)×10^(-6) mm^(2)/s,respectively.There were no significant differences in ADC values between C-DWI and SMS2-DWI(P>0.05),but with the increases of acceleration factor,the ADC values of pancreas parenchyma showed the trend of decreasing,and the ADC values of SMS3-DWI was significantly lower than that of the SMS2-DWI(P=0.045)and C-DWI(P=0.012).Conclusion SMS-DWI using an acceleration factors of 2 is feasible for pancreas disease resulting in substantial reductions in acquisition time,and maintaining similar image quality and ADC values to those of C-DWI.
