催化油浆制备沥青树脂的合成工艺优化

摘  要:对催化油浆制备沥青树脂时所用催化剂进行了筛选,采用正交实验法进行了沥青树脂合成条件的优化,并考察了沥青树脂的溶解性能和热失重性能。结果表明:浓硫酸的催化活性优于对甲基苯磺酸;对沥青树脂软化点影响作用由大到小依次为:催化剂质量分数、反应时间、交联剂质量分数、反应温度。最佳合成条件为:反应时间5 h、反应温度130℃、交联剂质量分数70%、催化剂质量分数6%;在此条件下合成的沥青树脂软化点为76.5℃;与催化油浆相比,沥青树脂溶解能力及耐热性均变差、残炭质量分数增大。The catalyst for preparation of asphalt resin with catalytic slurry was selected and conditions for synthesizing asphalt resin were optimized by orthogonal test.The results showed that the catalytic activity of concentrated sulfuric acid catalyst was better than that of p-toluic acid catalyst when preparing asphalt resin.The factors effecting the softening point of the asphalt resin in descending order were:mass fraction of concentrated sulfuric acid catalyst,reaction time,mass fraction of benzaldehyde crosslinking agent and reaction temperature.The optimal synthesis conditions optimized by orthogonal experiment were:reaction time of 5 h,reaction temperature at 130℃,70% of benzaldehyde crosslinking agent in mass fraction,and 6% of concentrated sulfuric acid catalyst in mass fraction.Under those conditions,the softening point of the synthetic asphalt resin was 76.5℃.Compared with the raw material of catalytic slurry,the dissolving ability of asphalt resin was worsened,the heat resistance reduced,and the mass fraction of carbon residue increased.
