摘  要:以绥中常二线馏分油为原料,考察了采用加氢处理—临氢降凝—补充精制—蒸馏切割工艺制备变压器油基础油的可行性,并对工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:采用该工艺路线,在反应压力为10 MPa,氢油体积比为600∶1,加氢处理段温度为350℃、空速为1.0 h^(-1),降凝段温度为340℃、空速为1.0 h^(-1),补充精制段温度为340℃、空速为5.0 h^(-1)的条件下,加氢生成油中>280℃馏分的性质可满足变压器油基础油指标要求。With Suizhong second line distillate oil as raw material,the feasibility of preparing transformer oil′s base oil by hydrogenation treatment-hydrodewaxing-supplemental refining-distillation cutting process route was investigated,and the process conditions were optimized.The results showed that by adopting the process route and under the conditions of reaction pressure 10 MPa,hydrogen oil volume ratio 600∶1,temperature and space velocity of hydrotreating 350℃,1.0 h^(-1),temperature and space velocity of cold period 340℃,1.0 h^(-1),temperature and space velocity of supplement refining 340℃,5.0 h^(-1),the property of>280℃fraction in product could meet the requirements of transformer oil′s base oil.
